Let me help you have a new Positive Perspective on life by helping you to quit smoking, reduce weight, sleep better, understand the past and much more.
I invite you to look around and read about hypnosis and some of the many areas that it can have a positive impact on your life and then give me a call if you have questions and if you find the information helpful, please tell a friend about my website; I sure would appreciate the recommendation.
All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis that is guided by the hypnotist. By quieting the conscious mind through relaxation, it is possible to tell the subconscious mind to change its programming as well as setting new goals. Almost anyone can be hypnotized and only a light state of hypnosis is required to achieve most changes. The term hypnotherapy simply helps to denote the difference between show hypnosis that you might see as entertainment, from hypnosis where a client is seeking a positive change in behaviors. Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus, concentration and inner absorption. When you’re under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and you can concentrate intensely on a specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation while blocking out distractions. You are not asleep or unconscious and you will be directed to remember everything about the session. Hypnosis can be a potent tool for self-empowerment and achieving any goal.

I offer a free 15 minute overview and information period with each session so if you have questions we can talk either in person or on the phone because your comfort and knowledge of the process is important to me and will result in a better outcome for you.
If you are under the care of a mental health care professional you should consult with that professional before scheduling an appointment.Hypnosis is a great help to many people but I am not a medical professional and it is not meant to be a substitution for mental health therapy. Because of the criteria of being able to concentrate, hypnosis may not be appropriate for very young children or people with severe mental illness.
I look forward to speaking with you and working together. To make an appointment or answer your questions, I can be reached at:
